Yepishin illustre Demykina
Évidemment, je ne sais rien sur Yepishin – à part que c’est un illustrateur/une illustratrice russe qui a travaillé dans les années 70 et pas mieux sur Demykina qui a écrit les textes – mais son travail, très éloigné de ce qui m’attire le regard en général m’a fait penser au trait de Blutch notamment. Un Blutch qui serait apaisé et plein d’images magiques…

Apaisé,vraiment?Mais,c’est vrai,ces tourments exprimés ne quittent jamais le coeur de l’enfance:et le point de vue de l’enfance.
C’est trés beau.Yepishin a conservé une naiveté sincère alliée à l’intelligence ou la maturité de son trait.Dessiner comme on aurait voulu le faire,enfant.
Il y a vraiment une ampleur un peu onirique dans ce travail. Ça me plaît vraiment beaucoup.
C’est de la peinture sur verre, si j’ai bien compris l’intitulé sur le site d’origine ?
(c’est marrant, ça me fait penser à certains boulots actuels faits à la tablette graphique, genre benjamin bachelier)
